The Program Mentor Team supports children and youth through consistent check-ins, school follow-up, and practical life-skills coaching. Mentors work closely with teachers and caregivers to identify attendance barriers early and respond with coordinated support.
Beyond classroom support, the team leads creative arts clubs, peer circles, and community action activities that strengthen confidence, leadership, and social connection. Their role is to ensure no learner is left behind due to preventable challenges.
Team members combine mentorship practice, youth engagement, and community facilitation. They use clear tracking tools, family outreach, and referral pathways to keep support practical and consistent across each cycle.
Current priorities include strengthening attendance recovery, scaling life-skills sessions, and expanding parent and caregiver participation in learner progress reviews.
